ISO
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental organization. It is the world's largest developer of voluntary international standards and it facilitates world trade by providing common standards among nations. More than twenty thousand standards have been set, covering everything from manufactured products and technology to food safety, agriculture, and healthcare.
ISO 22000 integrates the principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system and application steps developed by the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
HACCP
Hazard analysis and critical control points, or HACCP is a systematic preventive approach to food safety and pharmaceutical safety that identifies physical, allergenic, chemical, and biological hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe, and designs measurements to reduce these risks to a safe level.
In this manner, HACCP is referred as the prevention of hazards rather than finished product inspection.
FSSC
The Foundation Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) offers a complete certification Scheme for the auditing and certification of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) or FSMS and Quality Management Systems (FSSC 22000-Quality).
HALAL
A Halal certificate is a document issued by an accredited certifying body that confirms a product or establishment complies with Islamic dietary laws. It ensures that the food, beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and other consumables meet the requirements set forth in Islamic Sharia law. This includes being free from any substances forbidden in Islam, such as pork or alcohol, and adhering to specific preparation and handling guidelines. Halal certification is essential for Muslim consumers worldwide, providing them with assurance that the products they consume align with their religious beliefs and dietary restrictions.
KOSHER
A Kosher certificate is a document issued by a recognized authority confirming that a product or establishment complies with Jewish dietary laws. It verifies that the food, beverages, and ingredients adhere to the strict requirements outlined in Jewish dietary regulations, such as the absence of certain animal products and the supervision of the preparation process by a qualified individual. Kosher certification is crucial for Jewish consumers worldwide, ensuring they can trust that the products they purchase align with their religious beliefs and dietary practices, promoting adherence to kosher principles in food production and distribution.
Free Sales Certificate

These certificates may be issued by FDA-CFSAN or by a State governmental authority.
