Materials

  1. Creme Brulee Powder 100g
  2. Fresh Cream 300g
  3. Milk Snow Ice Powder 500g
  4. Water 2000ml

Recipe

  1. Shave milk snow ice by shaving machine.
  2. Pour Creme Brulee Powder and fresh cream in a pot and use mixer to blend them together at high speed until peaks form.
  3. Pour Creme Brulee on top of the snow ice.
  4. Sprinkle raw brown sugar and torch it.
