Materials for 500cc
Creme Brulee Powder 50g
Fresh Cream 150g
Chocolate Milk Powder 45g
Non-Dairy Creamer 20g
Hot water 200cc
Fructose 15ml
Tapioca Pearls 100g
Recipe
Put Tapioca Pearls into the cup.
Pour Chocolate Milk Powder, Creamer, fructose and hot water into a shaker and mix them well.
Pour Creme Brulee Powder and fresh cream in a pot and use mixer to blend them together at high speed until peaks form.
Pour hot chocolate and Creme Brulee in the cup and sprinkle raw sugar then torch it.
