Hot Matcha Coffee Milk with Taro and Sweet Potato Balls

Materials for 500cc

  1. Pure Matcha Powder 5g
  2. Pure Coffee Powder 5g
  3. Non-Dairy Creamer 30g
  4. Hot water 200cc
  5. Fructose 30ml
  6. Frozen Small Taro Ball Sweet Potato Ball 120g

Recipe

  1. Put frozen taro and sweet potato bag into boiling water for 3 mins then pour in the cup.
  2. Pour Pure Matcha Powder, Pure Coffee Powder, Creamer, Fructose and hot water into a shaker and mix it well.
  3. Pour in the cup and squeeze on whipped cream then sprinkle some chocolate powder.
